Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds rump roast
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • Garlic powder, or to taste
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Season rump roast generously with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; put into the crock of a slow cooker. Pour water into the crock.
