Sharkie’s Green Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as Rotel)
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Directions

Blend avocados, sour cream, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, cream cheese, green chile peppers, garlic powder, salt, and lemon juice together in a blender until smooth; refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
