 - 1 cucumber, diced

 - 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
 - 2 (15 ounce) cans fava beans, drained
 
Directions
Whisk the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, and olive oil together in a bowl to make the dressing.
