Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1 (8 ounce) container mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons grated semisweet chocolate
Directions
Stir cream and coffee granules together in a bowl until dissolved. Add mascarpone cheese, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract; beat on low speed using an electric mixer until mixed. Increase speed to high and beat until soft peaks form; transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle chocolate over dip.
