Savino’s Herb and Olive Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1 pinch salt and cracked black pepper to taste
  • 4 cooked boneless chicken breast halves, diced
  • 1 (10 ounce) can large pitted black olives, drained and sliced thin

Directions

Whisk mayonnaise, oregano, basil, rosemary, onion, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; add chicken and stir to coat. Fold olives into the mixture.
