- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Blend avocado, coconut milk, agave nectar, lime juice, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until solid, 2 to 3 hours.
