Ingredients
- 2 cups packed fresh spinach
 - 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
 - 1/4 cup shredded carrots
 - 1/4 cup dried cranberries
 - 1/4 cup canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
 - 1/4 cup edamame (green soybeans)
 - 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
 - 1/4 cup ginger-miso dressing, or to taste
 
Directions
Combine spinach, quinoa, carrots, cranberries, chickpeas, edamame, and pumpkin seeds in a bowl; add dressing and toss to coat.
