Broccoli-Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 10 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans cream-style corn
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup crushed buttery round crackers (such as Ritz)

Directions

Mix broccoli, corn, egg, salt, and pepper in a 3-quart casserole dish.

Mix crushed crackers and butter together in a small bowl; sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
