Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 red chile pepper, thinly sliced, or more to taste (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced (optional)
