- 3 ounces frozen strawberries, or more to taste
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup nonfat milk
- 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons milled flax seed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
- 1 ice cube
Directions
Blend strawberries, orange juice, milk, yogurt, flax seed, protein powder, and ice cube in a blender until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
