Ingredients
- 1 zucchini – peeled, grated, and chopped
 - 1 carrot – peeled, grated, and chopped
 - 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
 - 1/2 cup 1 milk
 - 2 tablespoons rolled oats
 - 2 tablespoons honey
 - 1 tablespoon flax seeds
 
Directions
Blend zucchini, carrot, yogurt, milk, oats, honey, and flax seeds in a blender until smooth.
