Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini – peeled, grated, and chopped
  • 1 carrot – peeled, grated, and chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup 1 milk
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

Directions

Blend zucchini, carrot, yogurt, milk, oats, honey, and flax seeds in a blender until smooth.
