Ingredients
- 5 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 (2 ounce) packages thinly sliced deli ham (such as Buddig)
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cucumber – peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced
- 1 head lettuce, separated into leaves
- Bacon bits, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon southwest seasoning (such as Emeril’s Southwest Essence), or to taste
Directions
Place a tortilla onto a work surface and spread about 2 tablespoons cream cheese evenly over the tortilla. Layer 3 slices of deli ham over half the tortilla, followed by about 2 tablespoons Cheddar cheese, 3 or 4 cucumber slices, 2 or 3 lettuce leaves, a small sprinkle of bacon bits, and a pinch of southwest seasoning. Leave half the tortilla uncovered by fillings except the cream cheese.
