Ingredients
- 4 large red potatoes, cut into 8 wedges
- 3/4 cup sliced processed cheese food (such as Velveeta)
- 2/3 cup crushed French-fried onions (such as French’s)
- 1/3 cup bacon bits (such as Hormel)
- 2 tablespoons milk, or as needed
Directions
Place potatoes into a pot and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes; drain.
