Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped olive oil-marinated red pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
Directions
Mix olive oil, red pepper, chives, parsley, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, and red pepper flakes together in a large jar with a tight-fitting lid; add cheese cubes and toss to coat cheese completely. Seal jar tightly and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
