Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 6 tablespoons plain kefir
- 1/2 apple, grated
- 4 strawberries, diced
- 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
Directions
Combine oats and kefir in a small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until oats soak up the kefir and thicken, 8 hours to overnight.
