Ingredients
- 1 apple, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon flax seed meal
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or as desired
- 1 cup almond milk
Directions
Layer apple, pineapple, cashew butter, coconut, flax meal, vanilla extract, and cinnamon into a blender; add almond milk. Blend mixture until smooth.
