Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, well trimmed
 - 1 large cooking apple, peeled, cored and chopped
 - 1/2 cup raisins
 - 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed oxtail soup
 - 1/3 cup water
 
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place the pork chops into a buttered 9×13 inch baking dish. Add the apple and raisins. Pour the soup and water into a small bowl, and mix together. Pour the soup over the pork chops.
