Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice flour
  • 1/2 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal, or as needed
  • 5 tablespoons potato starch
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt (such as Jane’s Krazy Mixed-Up Salt)
  • 1 tablespoon ground multi-colored pepper, or more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Combine white rice flour, brown rice flour, cornmeal, potato starch, cornstarch, onion powder, seasoned salt, multi-colored pepper, sea salt, and paprika in an an airtight container or resealable plastic bag.
