- 3 large cucumbers, sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt, or as needed
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 3/4 bunch green onions (white and pale green parts only), chopped
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, or more to taste, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Spread a paper towel over a large platter. Arrange cucumber slices in a single layer atop the paper towel. Sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon salt over the cucumber slices; refrigerate at least 2 hours and up to 6 hours.
