Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/3 cup plain kefir
- 1 1/3 cups chopped kale, or as needed
- 1 1/3 cups chopped fresh spinach, or as needed
- 1 1/3 cups chopped Swiss chard, or as needed
- 3 persimmons, peeled
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey, or more to taste (optional)
Directions
Blend almond milk and kefir together in a blender; add kale, spinach, and Swiss chard. Blend until smooth and the mixture reaches the 4 cup mark. Add persimmons, bananas, avocado, chia seeds, and honey; puree until smooth.
