Ingredients
- 1 bunch red radishes, coarsely shredded
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, or to taste
 - 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium tamari, or to taste
 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or to taste (optional)
 
Directions
Mix radishes, olive oil, and tamari together in a bowl; garnish with parsley.
