Ingredients

  • 2 (5 ounce) cans evaporated milk
  • 2 (7.6 ounce) cans canned table cream (media crema)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 12 blanched almonds

Directions

Pour evaporated milk, canned cream, and sweetened condensed milk into a blender; tear bread into pieces and add to blender. Add cardamom and almonds; blend until liquified, 3 to 4 minutes. Pour into a 9×13-inch glass dish and freeze 8 hours or overnight before cutting into squares and serving.
