- 1/4 cup crushed tomatoes with roasted garlic and olive oil (such as Furmano’s)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped orange bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped eggplant
- 9 slices pepperoni, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread tomatoes onto crust. Layer spinach, broccoli, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, eggplant, pepperoni, and oregano onto crust; top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 7 to 10 minutes.
