Buttery, Savory Scrambled Egg Nachos

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
  • 1 pinch chili powder, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, or to taste
  • 1/2 (10 ounce) bag tortilla chips, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup salsa, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup guacamole, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup sour cream, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons sliced black olives, or to taste

Directions

Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour in eggs; cook and stir until eggs are set but still soft, about 3 minutes. Season with garlic powder and chili powder. Stir in Mexican cheese blend until melted, about 1 minute.

Place tortilla chips on a large plate. Spoon eggs on top. Garnish with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and black olives.
