Faux Cookie Dough Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons oats
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Blend chickpeas, brown sugar, peanut butter, oats, milk, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda together in a food processor until smooth; fold in chocolate chips.
