Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup shredded candied ginger

Directions

Mix carrots, raisins, orange juice, and candied ginger together in a large bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors blend, 30 minutes to overnight.
