- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- Cherry tomatoes, halved

Cook tortellini according to package directions.
