Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 4 hulled strawberries

  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
