Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 beet, peeled and cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened red raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 4 slices cucumber
Directions
Blend spinach, beet, yogurt, raspberries, blueberries, ice cubes, and cucumber together in a blender until smooth.
