- 1 cup miniature marshmallows (such as Kraft Jet-Puffed)
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix (such as Jell-O)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (such as Planters)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
Directions
Mix pineapple, marshmallows, pudding mix, and pecans together in a bowl; fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate salad until chilled and thickened, about 1 hour.
