Broccoli and Bacon Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon
  • 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar

Directions

Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels. Tear bacon into small pieces.
