Healthier Best Spinach Dip Ever

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 (16 ounce) container light sour cream
  • 1 leek, washed and finely chopped (white and green parts)
  • 1 (4 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (1 pound) loaf round whole wheat bread

Directions

Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, leek, water chestnuts, salt, pepper, and chopped spinach in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
