  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

Crush garlic cloves with the back of a knife on a flat surface; remove peel. Pour olive oil in a jar and add garlic cloves. Cover and refrigerate until flavors blend, 2 to 5 days.
