Father Mark’s Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (2 ounce) can anchovies
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Blend mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, anchovies, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, jalapeno pepper, and salt together in a food processor until smooth. Refrigerate dressing for flavors to blend, at least 4 hours.
