Creamy Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 pound fresh broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Directions

Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels; crumble when cooled.
