Gluten Free and Paleo Tuna Avocado Cups


  • 1 (5 ounce) can Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons minced celery
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 large ripe avocado, halved, pitted
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)


Gently mix tuna, celery, onion, dill, mayo, salt, mustard, lemon pepper and black pepper together in a small bowl until just combined.
