- 1 cup stemmed kale
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 sliced frozen banana
- 1/2 green apple, cut into chunks
- 1/2 pear, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 2 sprigs fresh parsley, or more to taste
Directions
Blend kale, milk, banana, apple, pear, oats, peanut butter, flax seed meal, wheat germ, and parsley in a blender until smooth.
