Vegan French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 slices bread

Directions

Whisk soy milk, flour, nutritional yeast, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together in a bowl; transfer to a rimmed plate or shallow dish. Dip both sides of each bread slice in soy milk mixture.
