Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
- 1 celery stalk, minced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a bowl, stir together garlic, goat cheese, celery, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Blend well until the sauce is smooth. Cover, and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
