Ingredients

  • 1 pint rainbow sherbet
  • 1 cup sparkling grape juice, cold

Directions

Fill 4 goblets with rainbow sherbet, and cover with sparkling grape juice. Allow bubbles to settle, and fill glass again. Serve immediately.
