Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 (16 ounce) package silken tofu
- 1 banana, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup milk, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
Directions
Blend yogurt, strawberries, tofu, banana, milk, and sugar together in a blender until desired consistency is reached.
