- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 5 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet with the olive oil.
