- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 boneless pork chops, trimmed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional)
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook pork chops in the hot oil until browned, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer browned pork chops to a slow cooker; top pork chops with onion and green peppers.

Cook pork chops on Low until tender, 6 to 8 hours.
