Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 6-cup muffin tin.
