Mom’s Pie Crust for a Double Crust Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

Sift flour and salt together in a bowl. Cut in shortening until it looks like coarse crumbs. Add water until dough forms.
