Microwaved Oatmeal Cookie Breakfast Cup

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Directions

Mash banana in a microwave-safe mug. Add oats, almond butter, raisins, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the mug; mix well to combine. Heat in microwave on high until cooked through, about 1 minute.
