- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 large green onions, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 cup dried parsley, or to taste
Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir green onions and garlic until tender, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low and stir in pumpkin puree; cook for 2 minutes.
