Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups coconut flakes
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup flax seeds
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Mix oats, coconut, peanut butter, chocolate chips, flax seeds, and vanilla extract together in bowl until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish and cut into desired number of bars, leaving bars in the baking dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
