Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 tablespoon oil from canned anchovies
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
 - 1 teaspoon harissa
 
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, anchovy oil, lemon juice, rosemary, and harissa in a bowl. Let stand about 5 minutes to blend flavors before serving.
