Ingredients
- 1 ripe pineapple – peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle gold Barbados rum (such as Mount Gay or Trader Joe’s Rum of the Gods)
Directions
Place pineapple in a large glass container. Pour in rum, covering pineapple completely.

Strain out pineapple before serving.
